In this installment of the popular series, "The World" has changed since the advent of Twilight. Among the universe's new players, we find twins Shugo and Rena, who win a contest that allows them assume the forms of Kite and Black Rose. But as they get caught up in all the dizzying excitement, they begin to notice that mysterious things are occurring ... not the least of which is the appearance of some menacing-looking monsters.
