Mulling a move from Los Angeles back to his native Hong Kong, filmmaker Quentin Lee returns home to interview local artists and filmmakers, as well as friends and family, in a bid to find out why these people choose to live there where they do. Along the way, he assembles a unique hybrid of autobiography, travel guide and cultural critique in this witty film, which features appearances by Kwok-Leung Gan, Peter Chan, Teddy Chan and others.
