A wave of extreme gang violence in Argentina is the fuel that Sen. Beccar Varela (Francisco Pérez Laguna) needs to pass a series of zero-tolerance policies. What the public doesn't realize is that Varela -- in a corrupt plot to centralize power -- is the secret leader of the neo-Nazi gang that's behind the attacks. But the tables are turned when one of their victims dons a black mask to seek revenge on his sadistic attackers.
