World-renowned scientist Dr. Rusty Venture and his nearly identical "gifted" twin sons Hank and Dean never let their shortcomings -- however significant they may be -- get in the way of a good adventure. In the second season of this animated "Jonny Quest" spoof, the villainous Monarch sets out to rebuild his evil empire with help from some new recruits, and the Venture boys escape death, only to fall prey to a new menace.
