Stripping nude to leave no evidence of his crimes, serial killer Warren Stacey (Gene Davis) seems unstoppable as he murders young women who have wronged him. But he messes with the wrong person when he chooses the daughter of cop Leo Kessler (Charles Bronson) as his next victim. With a killer on the loose and his daughter's life on the line, Kessler is faced with a dilemma: do what's legal or do what's right?
