Based on a true story, this crime drama centers on an urban youth who learns he's part of a war financing scheme. Set during the 1980s, the film follows South Central L.A. homeboy Ricky (Glenn Plummer), who imports and sells cocaine with help from his gang. Everything is running smoothly until Ricky discovers his contacts are CIA agents who plan to finance a bloody Central American war with the profits. Dwayne Adway and Suzanne Mari also star.
