Ditch Brodie (Charlie Sheen) is a skydiving instructor who lives the fast life in this high-octane adventure film. When a sexy student (Nastassja Kinski) falls to her death under Brodie's guidance, the skydiving pro becomes enmeshed in a web of mystery and deceit. Thrown into this snarl are a KGB agent, an evil Russian (Christopher McDonald) and an American tough guy (James Gandolfini). Brodie soon realizes nothing is as it seems.
