In June 2001, Tropical Storm Allison ravaged Houston, Texas, dropping nearly 30 inches of rain on the city within 14 hours and causing massive flooding. This drama focuses on how doctors, nurses and emergency workers at Houston's Memorial Hermann Hospital moved and treated more than 600 patients as floodwaters inundated the hospital's lower floors and electrical systems failed. JoBeth Williams, Kris Kristofferson and Rick Schroder star.
