Hong Kong action director Young Man Kang wends this tense tale about Phillip, a CIA agent who's dispatched on a mission to kill … some of his own friends. Obviously, the man has a problem with that, and he's promptly reassigned to an easy training job. But he soon finds that everything has become slightly off-kilter (he's been betrayed by the CIA), and now, he's the one who's in danger.
