When Interpol marshal Richard "Dick" Dix (Nielsen) is sent to foil the aliens' plot, he enlists the aid of sexy secret agent Cassandra Menage (Ophelie Winter) and travels to the invaders' home world of Vegan, where his bumbling antics create chaos.
