Convicted of a crime he didn't commit, Wellman Santee (Dolph Lundgren) escapes while being transported and takes a beautiful woman (Kristian Alfonso) hostage, unaware that she's a police officer. Sensational stunts and amazing special effects push the action to the limit as Santee runs for his life across the desert while trying to set a trap for the crooked cop (George Segal) who framed him.
