Famed American playwright David Mamet penned this biopic about the infamous Meyer Lansky (Richard Dreyfuss), a big-city crime boss with a razor-sharp intellect. The film delves into Lansky's youth as a Jewish immigrant, who uses his brainpower to eventually rule the organized crime world. Along with his old friend, Ben "Bugsy" Siegel (Eric Roberts), Lansky dreams up the city of Las Vegas to make sure crime will always pay.
