Corbin Bernsen stars as a corrupt presidential candidate who tries to brainwash his constituents via a massive computer in this sci-fi thriller. When rebel forces download the brain of a former leader (Bruce Campbell), they plug it into a computer geek named Menno (Bill Campbell). Infused with the former leader's power, Menno becomes a man of action. While the government wants to use Menno to control its populace, Menno simply wants to survive.
