Chandrika (Juhi Chawla) is currently filming a documentary about three death row convicts. Wracked with conflicting feelings about the subject of her movie, she plumbs the psyches of three inmates (Jackie Shroff, Naseeruddin Shah and director Nagesh Kukunoor). But what she doesn't reveal is that she knows more about them than they could possibly imagine. Kukunoor also writes this atmospheric drama.
