Hardworking Maggie Moreno (Camille Guaty) stands out enough to catch the eye of music producer Cole (Sean Patrick Flanery). Cole thinks that he can mold her into the next pop sensation, despite the fact that she's not "ethnic" enough in his eyes. In short order, Maggie is trained to become more of a Latina, with stardom the trade-off hanging in the balance. Question is, will it be worth the sacrifice?
