Tromaville High School has its stoners, punks and slackers, just like every other school in America. The only difference is that in Tromaville the teens glow. Apparently, when the local nuclear power plant suffered a malfunction, the high school took the fallout. Now, the smart kids are riding motorcycles through the hallways, and mutant babies are popping up all over the place in this B-movie gross-out farce.
