This sequel finds superstar Jackie Chan with vengeance again foremost on his mind. Chan Lung (Chan) and his brother (Hui Lou Chen), who were forced to separate as children, reunite as adults when their father (James Tien) is tragically slain. Though they're facing astronomical odds and are equipped with only their martial arts expertise, the siblings -- spurred by bitterness -- set off in pursuit of the murderers.
