Edison (Scott Thompson, aka "Carrot Top"), a Venice Beach surfer boy/gadget inventor, has been trying to sell his wacky creations between catching waves, but he hasn't had much luck. That changes when he meets Armand McMillan (Jack Warden), who owns a Fortune 500 corporation. McMillan is so taken with Edison that he wills the young man his company. Now the only question is, can McMillan's family hang-10 with Edison?
