Kresk (Steve Zahn), a hapless barber, runs afoul of the law after unwittingly accepting some stolen ancient coins. Enter Kolko (Salma Hayek), a private detective who's hot on Kresk's tail ... and then just becomes hot for his body! A string of memorable cameo appearances (from the likes of David Hyde Pierce, Lara Flynn Boyle, Jeff Goldblum and Elijah Wood) follow in this screwball crime caper lensed by Swedish director Traktor.
