Director John Waters has shocked the general public with films such as Mondo Trasho, Pink Flamingos and Hairspray. Now, director Steve Yeager makes the Baltimore-born filmmaker and celebrator of all things trashy the subject of a documentary. The film includes interviews with Waters himself and features conversations with his parents and other family, psychologists, a film curator and even the parents of Waters's creative muse, Divine.
