With her sister wasting away in a mental institution, Courtney (Crystal Bernard) prepares for her first-ever slumber party -- hoping all the while that her incessant, frightening nightmares won't keep her from having a good time. But when a rock 'n' roll killer springs forth from her dreams, bringing with him a lethal guitar equipped with a giant drill bit, Courtney and her pack of sleeping beauties are forced to run for their lives.
