Scam artist Leo Garfield (John Hannah) and his wife, Lily (Famke Janssen), are anxious leave their life of crime behind. But Leo has a hard time saying no when Bruno (Brian Conley), a sadistic gang leader, approaches him about running a gambling ring. And then there's Julius (Peter Stormare), who asks Leo to murder his wife, Gloria -- but the hit turns out to be a blackmail scheme. It's one double-cross after another in this complex crime thriller.
