Charlie Barkin (voiced by Charlie Sheen) and the rest of his gang are back in this animated musical sequel. This time, Charlie's getting bored in doggy heaven -- so when the angel Gabriel's horn is mysteriously stolen, he drops back down to Earth to retrieve it. Reuniting with his old pal Itchy (voiced by Dom DeLuise), Charlie finds himself once again facing an old enemy -- Carface, the canine crime lord (voiced by Ernest Borgnine).
