Still recovering from a troubled past, Sharon Pogue (Jennifer Lopez) is a streetwise Chicago cop with a tough-as-nails exterior. When a violent assault leaves her vulnerable, Sharon receives help from Catch Lambert (Jim Caviezel), a haunted loner who's struggling to overcome his own traumas.
