A walk in the wilderness is taken to the extreme when four wily trappers in Devil's Cauldron, Alas., help Ben Corbett (Rutger Hauer) outrun the law after he's murdered a man. The town sheriff asks young, local couple Eric (Dylan Walsh) and Anne Marie Desmond (Rya Kihlstedt) to help bring down the trappers. When Eric and Ben come face to face, they form an alliance in the face of terror. Can Eric fulfill his duty to the law?
