In director John Pasquin's comedy, Joe Scheffer (Tim Allen) is humiliated when office bully Mark McKinney (Patrick Warburton) punches him out in the company parking lot. Determined to win back his dignity, Joe learns karate and challenges McKinney to a fight. His boldness impresses his co-workers and even his bosses -- but Joe soon must weigh the allure of his newfound status against the love and respect of those who liked him as he was.
