Murder is a dish best served cold, they say. That's certainly true of a New York City serial killer who's iced 11 women in as many months. And it's up to rumpled Sherlock Nick Starkey (Kevin Kline) to crack this case before the killer makes it 12 for 12. Rod Steiger's the mayor of Gotham who, against his better judgment, gives the investigative green light to the former cop turned gourmet cook!
