Bonnie (Alicia Witt) and Hillary (Renée Humphrey) don't expect anyone to understand their twisted, passionate bond based on mania and violence. But that doesn't stop a reporter (William R. Moses) and a prison counselor (Leslie Hope) from trying to explain the girls' brutal slaying of an elderly woman. The film, which writer James Bosley adapted from his stage play, nabbed a Special Jury Prize for acting at the 1994 Sundance Film Festival.
