In this animated feature from Nickelodeon, football-headed fourth-grader Arnold and his buddy Gerald are forced to come up with a plan when a powerful developer wants to knock down all the stores and houses in Arnold's neighborhood to build a huge "mall-plex." With the help of a superhero and a mysterious, deep-voiced stranger, Arnold and Gerald race to recover a crucial document and save their beloved neighborhood.
