In this 12-episode serial adventure, recent Annapolis graduate Crash Corrigan, go-getting reporter Diana and a stowed-away boy named Billy Norton join Prof. Norton, Billy's father, in an undersea search for the source of several earthquakes. After scouring the sea in a rocket submarine, they stumble across Atlantis, where they find a civil war raging and get caught in the middle -- barely escaping with their lives.
