New York City cop Billy Wong (Jackie Chan) and his partner, Danny Garoni (Danny Aiello), are working security at a fashion show when a wealthy man's daughter is kidnapped. Federal authorities suspect that her father is involved with a Hong Kong drug kingpin, so the two cops head overseas to investigate -- and are soon causing all sorts of headaches for both the kingpin and the local authorities.
