In this latest sequel to the long-running, enjoyably schlocky Toxic Avenger series, Toxie and his sidekick, Lardass, must save Tromaville from the notorious Diaper Mafia (don't ask!). But a dimensional shift traps Toxie in a mirror image town called Amortville. Will he be able to get out in time to save his beloved townspeople? And how did Toxie's wife, Sarah, become impregnated with children from two different fathers?!
