Surf's up! And so is a tidal wave of head-spinning martial arts action when a pair of young Nintendo-playing surfer dudes (Ernie Reyes Jr. and Nicolas Cowan) on the California beach discover that they are the long-lost heirs to a remote island. But when villains from their newly discovered homeland kidnap the boys' adoptive father, it's up to the boys and a spectacular ninja from the island to make their destiny become reality.
