Milind Soman is an honest man who, under the guidance of revenue commissioner Danny Denzongpa, devotes his life to fighting for freedom and helping Danny track down criminals -- most notably Gulshan Grover, a master of disguise. Upon discovering that Gulshan is concocting a plan to explode a nuclear bomb in Delhi on December 16th, Danny and Milind race to expose Gulshan and stop him before it's too late.
