Amid a decaying society in the future, troubadour Jack Fate (Bob Dylan) is busted out of prison by his former manager (John Goodman) so he can perform one last concert that may rekindle his career -- and perhaps bring together his divided country, which is torn by civil war. Supported by a star-studded ensemble cast, this contemplative drama features performances of several Dylan tunes, including "Down in the Flood," "Cold Irons Bound" and more.
