Marvin Montrose suffers from a rare pathogen that attacks his lungs, keeping him housebound. Bored out of his mind, Marvin spends hours each day watching his neighbors through his 10th-story window. One evening, he notices something very strange -- his neighbors begin to mysteriously disappear. Upon further investigation, Marvin discovers that the entire neighborhood's become infested by giant cockroaches that are out to kill.
