Likable (and talkative) small-town girl Shalu lives with her older sister Nimmi and her mother. Shalu knows that her mother favors Nimmi, so to get her fair share of attention, Shalu tries shock tactics. Dev, the sophisticated Harvard-educated son of a powerful industrialist, falls in love with Shalu, while Nimmi falls for him. Is it a finally a case of Shalu gaining the upper hand?
