You'll be seeing red when the Russian Army mixes it up with counterrevolutionary robbers. Foot soldier Fyodor Sukhov makes his way through the desert to his home village, where the band of brutal warlord Abdulla reigns supreme. Sukhov escorts the bandit chief's harem (the merciless Abdulla intends to kill his women rather than let them go free), but when Abdulla kills Sukhov's mate, the soldier's escort duties take a backseat to revenge.
