Charles Bronson reprises his role as vigilante Paul Kersey, who's back in Los Angeles to take on another scourge: crack dealers. When the daughter of the woman he loves dies after getting a fix, Kersey sets out to sweep the streets of criminals. Backed by a publisher whose own daughter died of an overdose, Kersey methodically takes out dealers and ends up pitting two drug gangs against each other for a final blowout. Kay Lenz co-stars.
