Police officer Dev (Akshay Kumar) and con man Ajay (Saif Ali Khan) are best buddies who occasionally go in together on scams. When an innocent young man comes to their town seeking opportunity, the shady pair pick his pocket without a second thought. After the young man winds up dead, the two hooligans decide to clean up their act and travel to the deceased youngster's home village to help his struggling family.
