Framed by an interview years after the events transpired, this made-for-TV drama stars Richard Dreyfuss as Col. Georges Picquart -- the head of French counter-intelligence -- who's tasked with probing the infamous Dreyfus Affair that divided France. Shocked to uncover evidence that the government made a scapegoat of army officer Alfred Dreyfus, who's been convicted of treason and incarcerated on Devil's Island, Picquart fights to reopen the case.
