Sent to investigate a murder in Chinatown, LAPD computer expert Peter Fowler (Simon Rex) is dismayed to discover that the only witness is the dead man's dog. But Cho Cho (voiced by Chevy Chase) is no ordinary mutt -- not only can he talk to people, but he's a butt-kicking kung fu expert. Together, Fowler and Cho Cho hunt for the killer, proving once and for all that a dog is man's best friend.
