Plenty of girl time can be had with this double-feature. In Three Smart Girls, sisters Penny (Deanna Durbin), Joan (Nan Grey) and Kay (Barbara Read) attempt to stop thier father's wedding in New York. In Something in the Wind, Mary (Deanna Durbin) is mistaken for her elderly aunt of the same name. Durbin won an Academy Juvenile Award for her role in Girls; "The Turntable Song" in Wind became the final hit from Durbin's films.
