Two jaded Texas cops (Kris Kristofferson and Treat Williams) stumble upon a 1960s-model jeep hidden in the desert that houses a human skeleton, a gun and nearly a million dollars in cash. One of the cops wants to take the money and never look back, but the other aims to solve the mystery. Both will be wishing they got out while they could when they realize their discovery is linked to the JFK assassination.
