Director Jason Stutter's surreal, over-the-top spoof of the chop-socky genre follows young Sione Finau (Sam Manu), who trains to become a lethal ninja after surviving a plane crash on a far-flung Pacific island. Dispatched by his martial arts master to protect a New Zealand restaurant owner facing threats from a gang of goons, Sione soon squares off against a stream of kung fu caricatures -- including Action Fighter (Jemaine Clement).
