Barry Crocker stars as Barry McKenzie, a footloose Australian yokel who journeys to England to be cultured, only to find himself tutored in the delightfully seedy and sexually perverse. Directed by Bruce Beresford, this classic bawdy also stars Barry Humphries, who appears in drag as Aunt Edna Everage -- a character who would later become the now-iconic Dame Edna -- and also penned the original comic strip upon which the film is based.
