Riverworld

Astronaut Jeff Hale (Brad Johnson) finds himself reincarnated on a distant world after perishing in a space accident. And he isn't alone: People from throughout human history populate the new planet -- including Emperor Nero (Jonathan Cake) and many of Earth's other former bad guys, who plan to continue their evil ways. But Hale soon discovers that all is not what it seems in this made-for-television sci-fi flick.
