It's Universal Century 223, and the Earth Federation has collapsed. Now, the Congress of Settlement Nations (CONSENT) rules the planet. But a group of rebels, with the aid of former CONSENT officer Mark Curran, discovers a secret future of mankind. Trouble is, CONSENT doesn't want this secret to get out, and they'll go to any lengths -- including starting a war -- to stop it. Their only hope is a new weapon, the G-Saviour.
