Successful record producer "Dollar Bill" Dixon (Wood Harris) and his ladylove, Lenore Foxwood (Gina Ravera), live the good life, despite mounting pressures on Bill to stay true to the music that put him on top. But when Bill's ex -- sultry chanteuse Victoria (LisaRaye) -- shows up determined to rekindle the flames, she poses a threat to his life with Lenore.
