After a paralyzing accident, an architect (Christopher Reeve) is confined to a wheelchair and spends his spare time spying on his urban neighbors. But when he sees something that looks a lot like murder, he launches his own investigation with his colleague, Claudia (Daryl Hannah). Reeve nabbed a Screen Actors Guild award for Best Actor for his performance in this remake of the 1954 Hitchcock classic (which starred James Stewart and Grace Kelly).
